2024-2025 PTO Executive Board

President: Brinn Williams

Brinn is mom to Dexter (8th grade, former Shark, turned Aardvark), Ruby (2nd grade) and future Shark, Rebel (3 years old). Last year she was Vice President and spent as much time soaking in all the details as possible preparing for this role. Brinn has spent the last 10 years working in healthcare and is currently the Strategic Onboarding Advisor at NRC Health. In her free time she enjoys traveling back to her hometown of Okoboji, discovering new restaurants with her husband, going to various festivals and farmers market in Lincoln and showing her brother and his family around town as they recently moved from Iowa. 

Vice President: Andrea Holly

Andrea is mom to Emmy (2nd grade) and future Shark, Harper (4 years old). This is her first year on the PTO board and she is so excited to help dream up some creative ideas for Sheridan! By day, Andrea is the Marketing and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Midwest Petroleum Equipment and, by night, she takes on freelance graphic design projects. On the weekends, she and her husband (who is a Special Education Resource teacher at Sheridan!) are usually doing home projects. Andrea also loves planning Disney vacations for her family and taking long walks through antique stores.

Past President/Advisor: Lauren O'Donnell

Lauren is mom to Rory (7th grade, former Shark turned Aardvark), Bridget (3rd grade), Edie (2nd grade), and Fritz (baby and future Shark). Lauren is excited to take on another year on the PTO Exec Board and enjoyed her tenure as president! While Lauren’s background is in computer science, she has loved staying home with her children for the last decade. Lauren enjoys collecting antiques and art and is NEVER on top of laundry.

Treasurer: Amber Harewood

Amber is mom to one Shark, Eli (4th grade), and one former Shark turned Aardvark, Amelia (7th grade).  This is her second year on the PTO Exec Board, serving as Treasurer.  She has decades of experience as a management consultant, which she now applies to managing various kids activities, travel planning, and providing free consulting advice to her husband. 

Secretary: Kristin Christensen

Kristin is mom to three boys; Aksel (1st grade), Soren (4 years old), and Callum (2 years old). She is a former Sheridan teacher of 6 years, and taught Special Education and Intervention. Kristin currently promotes literacy skills in early childhood through a nonprofit called Reach Out and Read. When she has free time, she enjoys spending it outside with her family visiting the zoo, playing at local parks, and swimming at the lake. Kristin is so excited to serve as the PTO Board Secretary for the next couple of years, and remain closely connected to the Sheridan community!
